A great car at a great car with incredible documentation. This car is an L83 with a 5.7 Liter engine and only 8,764 miles. If you are a Corvette enthusiast and want an original car to show or would like to have a great Corvette to drive then this is your car. The car is burgundy merlot in color and is optioned as Corvette Dark Claret Metallic. It was manufactured in Bowling Green Kentucky and was originally delivered to the Jim Click Chevrolet Company in Altus, Oklahoma on January 28th, 1982. It has the original window sticker, new car warranty, dealer's license plate, original owner's manual, the original Radio Owner's Manual for the ETR Sound System, the original dealer's invoice, the original General Motors Maintenance Manual, the original State of Oklahoma registration document and the original Owner's Manual folio envelope. The original owner also purchased a 1982 shop manual that comes with the other original documentation. The Corvettes were always well equipped without having to add any options. In addition to many of the standards features, such as a four speed transmission with overdrive, here are just some of the options that were ordered for this car:
- Driver's side six-way power seat
- Power door lock system
- Electric twin remote sport mirrors
- Cruise control
- Removable glass roof
- Aluminum wheels
- P225/60R-15 Steel belted tires with raised white letters

The car was last shown on May 24th, 1996. It was top flighted with a score of 96.5 points. In 1992 Chevrolet Factory Mag wheels were added to the car. It still has the original paint and interior and looks great. Historical documentation that comes with this car includes: the original window sticker, owner's manual, maintenance schedule, radio owner's manual and FM stereo station directory (includes a list of every FM station active at the time), the new car warranty information leaflet, and a copy of the original title in the name of Jim Click Chevrolet.
